Frank Cassidy F.R.I.C.S IRRV - Principal
A graduate of the University of Ulster, Jordanstown Frank Cassidy has extensive experience having worked in the Valuation and Lands Agency, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, Osborne King and Harrington Bannon in Dublin. Frank also practiced on his own account in Enniskillen before selling to Royal Life Estates.
As well as the day to day running of Ardmore Commercial, Frank is responsible for Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Arbitrations, Commercial Valuations, Commercial Sales and Commercial Lettings.
Frank is on the President's List for appointment as Arbitrator or Independent Expert in Dispute Resolution cases.
He is a past winner of the Estates Gazette Book Prize and was awarded the RICS General Practice Division Prize.
He is currently a member of the Rating and Valuation Association and a Fellow of the RICS.

Gail Prentice-Jackson - Property Manager
Gail joined the company in 1992 and heads up the Property Management department and manages a large mixed portfolio of Shopping Centres and Retail Parks. Alongside property management, Gail also deals with Lease Renewals and is involved in Commercial Property Sales and Lettings.

Michael Potter BSc (Hons) MRICS - Senior Surveyor
Michael graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown with a BSc (Hons) in Surveying with Estate Management. He has 7 years experience working in commercial and residential property throughout Northern Ireland. He previously worked for Countrywide Surveyors in Belfast where he became a chartered Surveyor before joining Ardmore Commercial. Michael is responsible for Commercial and Residential Bank Valuations, Acquisitions, Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Compensation Cases and some General Agency work.

Sean Timoney - Surveyor
Sean is a graduate of the University of Ulster where he completed a BSc (Hons) Surveying - Estate Management degree. Sean joined Ardmore Commercial in 2004 and is involved in all aspects of commercial property sales and lettings. Sean also assists with property management. In his spare time plays Gaelic Football for Darragh Cross, Co Down.

Linda McGrath
Linda has been with the company for 7 years and alongside management of all IT she assists with property management and accounts and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. Linda is also qualified in Web Design.

Jamie Pyefinch
Jamie recently joined Ardmore Commercial as accounts supervisor. He has a degree in Accounting and Finance and has over 17 years in financial management. Jamie is married and lives in Belfast.
